So I have a quick question, I"ve been working out & making better eating choices just short of 2 months now. The last week or so I've been waking up feeling very warm like my body temp is slightly higher than normal. I have had a slight cold for a week but nothing terrible I"m not sure if my body has a little infection from the cold or if you truely see a rise in body temperature when you are more active / metabolism increase maybe??
Anyone have any thoughts I'd appreciate it!

I'm the opposite. I lost weight and work out regularly and I am freezing most of the time, other then when I am actually working out. Then I sweat like a pig.0
