Protein Advice NEEDED! Please

Hi,

I'm looking at starting a new plan involving protein Shakes, I'm wanting it for weight loss and to build a bit of muscle to tone up, as well as exercise to get this achived, 2 main questions really?

1) sounds crazy but as I have a lot of fat on me already if I do protein shakes and workout will My fat turn into muscle coursing me to become a massive body builder lol as I want to become slim and toned not gain crazy amounts of muscle

2) has anyone heard of Pdh nutrition diet whey? If not what's other ones are best to get my results

    Not to worry: Fat is fat and muscle is muscle. Fat can't actually turn into muscle. Hopefully what you'll end up doing is burring off the fat to let the new developing muscle show through. So go enjoy your workouts:)
