Is there any way to bold, italic, underline text in posts? Also, how do you put pictures in? It has been a long time since I have used MFP and I think its weird that you can just type plain text....

to bold text you do then your statement/words in between then but don't capitalize the b's. For italics, you switch it out with "i" and for underline, do "u"
