    uh - yeah - i have a trip planned and want at least another 10 lbs off by then.

    Yes thats right July 14th... I have been trying to lose a bit of weight since we booked it last year and did lose some but now I am on a real mission and going to use this site and app to help me get to my goal :)
    I am hoping this site/the people will help guide me when I want to cave in haha
    So does anyone have any good low cal recipes :)
