Low carbing

Ok so iv lowered my carbs and I think I did good but iv reached my goal but I'm still way under my calories how to go up w/o it going over? My diary is open so u can take a look at it of need to.

    So youre ate your CARB limit but need more calories? Eat some meat!

    Well most meat right now that isn't frozen are lunch meats and hotdogs I also have eggs. So I should eat more of that what about the sodium intake from hotdogs and lunch meats.

    Eat your egg yolks.

    A couple of hard boiled eggs would get you closer, but you. Basically at this point, you are in need of a protein supplement. The egg yolk earlier would have helped you out. Also 1 cup 10% milk fat Greek yogurt really kicks up the fat and protein but you will get some carbs too.

    I have a protein shake but it only had 17gs of protein I guess I need to find one with more.

    If you have eggs, then eat those. You could have a few more carbs. The fiber isn't going to be abstorbed by your body so you could subtract those from your total and still not go over your carb goal.
