been doing cardio 2-3 times a week for about a month after signing up for a 5k mudder for charity, mostly on arc/elliptical trainers.
yesterday i decided i had better get on the treadmill to see if i can even DO a 5k running and not on an elliptical or arc trainer...since the race is on saturday morning lol.

i was thrilled when i was able to do the full 5k non stop in about 38min. def not speedy gonzales, but that time seems decent to me, as someone who's cardio was nothing short of sad. :)

hopefully i'll do ok with the obstacles as well!

i am as happy with this NSV as i am when i see another pound fall off on the scale.
