I do lunges but I notice that my back foot always quivers--how does one stop that?

If you have access to a floor length mirror-lunge and watch yourself(form).
Here is a link to how to properly do a lunge: http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/ss/slideshow-7-most-effective-exercises
Look up:LUNGE on that link.0 -
Just make sure when you are doing lunges that your knee does not go over your foot.0

For me it just took practice Now I can do a lunge no problem. it's not just form though if you've never really done a lunge your feet ankles and legs my not be used to the movement or the form even if it is proper. Heck I got a foot cramp the first time I did one and my form was proper..... if your form is right then just give it a bit of time.0
