    Wow! I love how you displayed your progress! I think what really WOW'd me was the change in posture! You look so straight and tall now, and your overall weight loss is amazing! Keep up the great work!!! :)

    I do the body by vi challenge!

    I have done so many other things and I am so grateful I have found something that works.

    I'm gonna break down my pictures for you guys! The first pic was in Aug 2011. The last picture with the brown wall behind was my first 90 days! When the green wall starts I was just starting my second 90 days! That was early Dec, 2011. I didn't follow that challenge like I should have. I sometimes did 2 shakes a day. Sometimes 1 and sometimes none! So from that picture in Dec I actually gained a couple of pounds.. Anyways The last picture is from April 13th of this month. I officially am doing another challenge and being dedicated to it! Since the 13th I have lost almost 7lbs and another 5 inches off my body!
