Questionon vitamins

When i look at my daily vitamins it's over most of the time. I don't take vitamins other then just what's in I eat. But I love carrots and stuff and I notices that the vitamin a & c is over by like 300 or something. Is that bad..? And my fiber is too...? Is that bad too?
