I work for an electric co-op. Each year we have a safety day where the linemen get re-certified on rescue drills and one of my duties is to help serve lunch... this year BBQ pork, cole slaw and baked beans. This wasn't in my plan and the time fell around my second snack of the day. As tasty as it looked, I stuck to my plan and enjoyed my almonds and protein powder. This is a victory for me because in the past I would have said, "a little won't hurt... you can make up for it later." It makes me want to put "#victory" at the end of my post.
