Hi All!
I have been off and on MFP for a year now (I think), but this time I want to stay on and get results. I entered in all my info and MFP has set me up to be at 1240 calories a day. I am wondering if that is right and good for me? I have been working out some and plan on upping my exercise in the next couple weeks to be at least 4 times a week (ideally 5 days). Normally when I excercise I eat back my exercise calories because I have seen on here that if you get below an intake of 1200 you will store fat.
So I have cleaned up my eating to be healthy and less processed foods and less sugar (except fruits). In doing that yesterday I felt like I was eating all day and struggled to eat all my calories. Those processed foods give you calories where as the good for you stuff doesn't.
So my questions are:
1. Are those calories ok for me or should I be eating more?
2. Can someone suggest foods for me that are higher in calories but still good for me (and I am allergic to nuts).
thanks you all are so wonderful!
