Not telling anyone what to do but I strongly urge you all watch this documentary and then tell me what foods are really considered "healthy". Since watching this, my husband and I, started a small garden, bought chickens, bought and butchered our own pig (well he did), and only started buying our meat from our local meat market.
I realize there are restrictions on a lot of those things, not everyone has the space for a garden (though they do have gardens you can grow in a box!), or chickens, or have a local meat market, etc. In that case read labels, learn what you are putting into your body, you may be unpleasantly surprised. You may have to spend a little more for organic foods but I truly believe it is worth it to keep the preservatives and other gunk out of your body!
