I'm eating 1200 calories a day... The days that I work out, I burn for example 500 calories... When you fill the calories in MFP I get a bit confused because it says I have "500" calories extra" Am I supposed to eait 1700 calories that day if I work out or the same 1200 calories??
I think it's the 1200 and that's it but the website confused me
Anyone?

I think you should always eat back those calories. I think MFP pretty consistently underestimates nutrition needs for those that want to work out and become more fit in general. If you burn 500 calories, you need to give your body the fuel to appropriately recover and make you stronger.0
