Can you help me figure this out?

Ok, so here's the deal:
MFP Calorie goal: 1590 per day (this is to lose 2lbs./week)
TDEE: 3233 (when I say I exercise 3-5 days a week)
TDEE: 2503 (when I put in little or no exercise, since I have a desk job)
BMR: 2086
Throw in there that i'm nursing my 7 month old as well (I nurse her around 4 to 6 times a day). My net calories recently have been 1411, 1373, and 1415. I started exercising on Sunday and have exercised every day, but today will be my rest day. I figure 4 on, 1 off is good. SO obviously my net calories are food intake minus exercise calories burned. I haven't been super hungry lately at all.
The question is: What should my daily calorie goal be??? I want to lose 80 lbs by January, if that's possible.
