NSV - Keeping The Streak Alive

Baseball season is upon us, and with that comes... winning streaks! I always like to cheer for a player or team that's got a nice hot streak going.

What streaks do you have going right now? Have you stayed under your calorie goal for a week straight? Have you made it to the gym for 10 days in a row?

I've got a few hot streaks of my own going on right now. It's the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning - it's what motivates me to go for my morning walk before work instead of hitting the snooze button. And every day I keep a streak going is a new NSV.

(As of 04/25/2012)
18 consecutive days logging in to MFP (longest streak - 54 days)
17 consecutive days walking 10K steps (longest streak - 37 days)
159.67 miles walked in April (on track to hit 180 miles for the month)
11 consecutive weeks of weight loss (Tuesday weigh-in)

81 days in a row logging on MFP
15 days in a row commuting with human power, and 14 of them were walking
41 days in a row getting some form of cardio
5 pounds lost in April and 7 pounds lost in the last 30 days!
