I Need PIZZA!!
I needed a pizza fix bad. It's been since January that I had any so here's what I made for lunch:
1 Flatout Italian Herb flatbread
1/4 cup Mid's Homestyle Pizza Sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
sliced mushroom
chopped onion
chopped fresh spinach
oregano
crushed red hot peppers
Baked at 400 degrees until the cheese was all melted.
It was great!!! And. . . .only 220 calories and 2 grams of fat. The sodium was high at 1020 but not too bad. You can't please everybody and for pizza, it's worth it.

Yum! If you wanna lover the cals even more along with getting rid of a ton of sodium.. use canned tomatoes! No salt added of course! (Hunts is a good brand!) Also, even better is sliced fresh! Throw some Italian herbs on it! Delish!!!0
