Does anyone know if there's a website where I can put in all of my ingredients, set how many people it serves, and it'll tell me what the weight/amount of each serving is?

Here's my suggestion. Add all the ingredients to, let's say your Dinner section, in your food diary. Save your dinner as a meal. Then delete every item from the dinner section, click "Add Food" then click the "My Meals" tab and add a fraction of the thing you just made. You'll have to just eyeball the servings and to fit your daily goal. So let's say you made one meal for the family and you took 1/5th of it, change the '1' for the meal to .2 and then add it. MFP should break everything down for you then.
Hope that helps or even makes sense? It's what I do.0
