This morning I HAD to satisfy a craving for pancakes. Going low cal is great, but wholesome and nutritious is even better! All the healthy pancake recipes online required many ingredients and lots of measuring. It's Thursday morning - I don't have time to make breakfasts that require so much measuring (and then washing all the measuring spoons!). So I have my pantry a good long look and came up with a brilliant (if I do say so myself) quick recipe. Here it is:

- 1 packet of instant Quaker Oats. Any flavor, I chose maple and brown sugar.
- 1/4 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup skim milk

Mix everything in a bowl with a spoon. Heat a skillet to medium-low heat. Drop a spoonful onto the heated skillet and spread the mixture out just a little bit. Flip after you see 1-2 bubble burst.

I hope you all enjoy these just as much as I did!
