preparing yourself for the great weigh-in

What do you do to prepare yourself for your official weigh-in?

Do you float like a feather onto the scales and hit it like a lead balloon?

I have a friend who cut her toenails and fingernails before her weigh-in :laugh:

    Take a deep breath, suck in my cheeks, close my eyes and stand purposefully on the scale!!! :noway: LOL The truth is more like - roll out of bed - have a wee - take off anything that will come off :blushing: - hold in the belly so i can actually see the scale - heave a deep sigh and gingerly step on!! :ohwell:

    Roll out of bed, go to the loo. Step onto the scales, dodge around a bit to see past my boobs :blushing: , wince, kick the scales, swear.

    Thats how it normaly works.:laugh:

    I tried standing on one foot hoping it would lower my number but it didn't lol

    take out my belly ring, go pee, get naked. weight 3x to be sure.

    get up, empty, stand on the scale and then try again for best 2 out of 3. Have lost every time.

    I always suck in my stomach, crazy I know but....mentally it helps LOL!
  • Stand tall, shoulders back, head high, hands behind my back.
