Howdy-
My name is Rain. I just rejoined MFP after taking a very long time off. I need help
During the day I'm alright at eating healthy, but it seems my willpower isn't there after the sun goes down.
I constantly have cravings and want them to stop. Anyone else with this problem?
Any suggestions?

I tend to do well during the day and binge in the evenings and I am working very hard on it.
I find if I get too hungry before I eat my dinner then I have a tendancy to look around for more to eat. Plan dinner and eat what you planned.
I will have snacks or desserts on hand that will fit into my calorie budget to have later in the evening. I like light ice cream, graham crackers (especially the chocolate ones!), granola bars or even breakfast cereal.
Make sure you always know where you are on your calories for the day.
Keep busy and stay away from the TV. If you are watching TV, do something else with your hands so you are not tempted to eat.0 -
