chart

Hi! I'm looking for a chart of some sort that gives you pretty much all the exercises for different muscle groups. I tried googling and I kept getting sent to sites for fitness equipment and such. I also don't want a schedule, I'll come up with one that works for me, I just want a list or something. I don't have any equipment, just 3 and 5 lbs hand weights, so I need to be able to do with what I have.
Any ideas?

    Try Pinterest and search fitness. I have found a few charts there that are specific to a part of the body (ie legs, belly, arms, etc.) Hope this helps. Just be warned, Pinterest is very VERY addicting :)
