June Starters - Monday Weigh In

Hope no one minds I am starting the new thread. I noticed a couple of people already posted their results in the other thread. I am always up extremely early, so thought I might as well kick this off...

SW: 187.8
CW: 181.2(that is actually up .2 from Friday, but I'll take it. I barely drank water this weekend)
GW: 135

mini goal for this week. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.

    Good morning everyone. Looks like we are all doing a great job! We survived the weekend. Here are my stats

    Starting Weight: 174 lbs
    Last Week: 172 lbs
    Monday Weight: 169 lbs
    Down 3 lbs!

    Mini Goal - Bike 60 minutes 3 days this week, and walk or run 60 minutes 2 days this week. Want to be at 167 by next Monday.

    I started the Couch to 5K program this morning (hope to run an actual 5K race in early September), and I also started the 30 day shred last week. I'm very happy to see results :happy:

    AWESOME!!! I still haven't gotten my 30 Day Shred yet! :mad: I ordered it online and waiting for it to come it.... Driving me crazy. I'm really ready to start it. I have been doing Hip Hop Abs, Tae Bo and a resistance training video that came with my resistance bands.... BUt I am really eager to do the 30 Day Shred...I have heard such good things about it!

    Ugh! I loathe Mondays!!

    My weigh-in's are never any good!! (The weekends are my allowed naughty time!)

    Today's weigh in - 222

    So no change. [BLEH!] Wednesday's are a more productive weigh in time for me.

    I finally lost 20lbs from my heaviest in mid January!!!

    Only lost a pound this week- I haven't taken my measurements yet this week, so maybe that'll perk up this Monday!

    ACK- I gained an inch on my thighs! No no no! I thought we agreed to keep the bosom and the butt but take AWAY from the thighs! :sad:

    Hope no-one minds but I am joining the group. I acually started working out with my bowflex 2 weeks ago but here is my starting info:
    SW: 168
    TW: 166
    Goal: 145

    I've been working out with my Bowflex and some yoga DVD's but I just got my WAVE from The Firm yesterday so I started that today. I work 3 days a week for 13 hours a day so my goal is to try to be able to work out at least 3 days a week.

    I also wanted to add measurements...It's a good thing to see if you are on a plateau or just aren't losing what you want! It's an eye-opener! If you guys choose to do this, use the periods in between dates or it will mess up when you post it!

    Aww, I laughed about the "bye bye ta tas" because they are always the first to go! :(

    Hooray! I also lost 2 inches at the waist and 2 at my thighs! That made me happy. But I had a bad weekend... I was celebrating my boyfriend's brother's 21st so it made for some slip ups! :P Oh well, back to the grind today!!! :)
