sugar subs?

anyone here use like splenda or truvia? and can you tell me why? im thinking about getting some for my morning coffee but not sure if its worth it..

    I don't use those, but I use a brand called Sugar Twin in a yellow box. I use it for everything that you would use real sugar for. I LOVE it. it cuts out so many calories and, well obviously sugar, but taste-wise you can hardly tell, and it doesn't mess up the texture or anything with I bake with it. They have it for both white and brown sugar.

    Truvia is a stevia product. It is a natural sweetener. I don't care for the taste myself although if you just use a bit you shouldn't taste too much.

    Splenda is sucralose plus sugar so you will get calories from that.

    Of all the artificial sweeteners I think sucralose is the best tasting but I buy mine online so I don't have to get it mixed with sugar (I don't need the extra carbs).
