Hi!! I am a SAHM of a 4yr and 6yr old and NEVER lost the pregnancy weight gain! Felt awful about myself for many years, but kept to busy with my kids to find time to take care of me!! Well, I found that I do have time for me and decided to make some MAJOR changes in my life starting with ME!! I am excited to be here to help me on my journey!! Hope to meet some wonderful people on this journey to a better and healthier life!
