my name is charlene. I love this website, have only lost 1 lb., but ive started exercising and eating healthier, I fell that ive made a good start. my exercise includes water aerobics and dancing (line dance and belly dance). I dont like conventional exercise and these are fun so they work well for me. would love to hear from anyone who wants to talk!:drinker:
