Hi everyone
I'm currently doing 1200 calories a day I'm almost always under calories at the end of the day but I always seem to go over the protein... does that mean I wont lose weight? How important is it?
Thank you!

Going over the protein does not mean you won't lose weight. MFP sets the protein goal near the minimum so you should actually (imo) look at it as a minimum goal rather than a maximum goal.0

Im the same exact way. I mostly drink EAS Advantedge protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and I'm always over my protein limit. I think I would rather have more protein than carbs though, so I'm not too worried about it. So long as the scale keeps moving south!0 -
