I hit a plateau

I've been doing MFP for a couple months now, and started off really well... learned what my week spots were, and to not totally cut myself off but to find more balance. I also started running several tiems a week but haven't been able to as much lately due to my 10-day work weeks of 8-13 hr days and utter exhaustion. I still try to run or go for a long walk at least twice a week. I still have my guilty indulgences but dont give in every day... maybe once or twice a week. I still drink lots of water and close to no soda(diets only, 1-3 wk). I still tend to go over in calories and often feel like I'm not full, whether I eat something healthy or not. My goal was to get to 115lbs from 130, and I've floated right sround 125 for at least 3 weeks strait now. Anyone have any suggestions for someone with a super busy schedule??

    Hi, please don't despair! There is always a solution.
    It would be good if you could post some more information, e.g. your stats, how many calories you eat etc.
