Circuit Style Training

Okay, so I'm not sure how to log when I lift weights circuit style. I do a mix of 9-14 exercises 8-12 reps, minimal rest (as I move onto a move that doesn't work the same muscle group) 3 times the entire circuit. Its generally done in 30 minutes. Can I log this as circuit training? Thats what I thought, but then people are logging 30 day shred as that as well. And while I keep the intensity high while lifting circuit style, I wouldn't say it feels the same as 30 day shred. But I've also read that lifting weights can burn a lot in a circuit style as well. Any help?

what you described sounds exactly like circuit training. I have circuit training that my trainer wrote for me that sounds like what you are describing.0

Thats what I thought but I dont have a cardio aspect to it, beyond the lack of rest so my heart rate is still elevated just due to constantly moving and lifting0
