Should I Change My Weight Loss Goal?

Since I'm so close to my weight loss goal... should I decrease my goal from 1 pound a week to .5 pounds a week? Truthfully, I've been in the 155-157 field for about two weeks now anyway. I just don't want to lose any muscle with the fat... I really like my new muscles :wink:

I would love to reach 145 but I'm wondering if that might be too little now since my body fat percentage is around 21% already but I would like to reach AT LEAST 18% body fat.

I also work out for at least an hour, five times a week. It's circuit training and HIIT training (I don't think those are the same things but I'm not sure).
