a lot of cardio

I do a lot of cardio, about 90-120 minutes per day of intense running/stair climbing/etc. I also do a lot of walking. I am wondering if I might have more success if I cut back the exercise (and thus the food).

    I would say lower your cardio and add in some strength training.
