Alright, going for sushi tonight for my brother's birthday. They have other Japanese/Korean dishes besides sushi too. I will obviously avoid anything deepfried/mayo-filled/etc.

What should I get?! I'm pretty much open to anything that won't blow my calorie goal for the day and will fill me up :)

I love dragon or volcano rolls and I don't care how many calories-- they are heavenly!

You're at a pretty good place for low cal at a sushi restaurant. If you are really tight on calories go for sashimi instead of nigiri (no rice). Also make sure you don't overdo the sodium with tons of soy sauce. Or go for it but realize the scale will go up due to water retention.

I love sushi!!!!! I just finished a spicy tuna and a California roll from my fave local place: about 590 cals including wasabi, soy & ginger and I'm plenty full :)

I live in Korea- I can't say I love all Korean food... by Yukgaejang is pretty good... REALLY spicy though, but it will fill you up... Korean BBQ is my favourite, dukbokki is also delicious and spicy (but not low on cals!!) If it were me- I would stick with the sushi.... plain salmon or avacado rolls :)
