When to weigh

So i was kinda just wondering do you weigh everyday or once a week or what? What is the best method?

    I weigh once a week. Your body can fluctuate up to a cpl pounds on a daily basis so I never saw the point of daily weigh ins. I weigh same time, same day every week.

    I know that I've been told to not weigh every day, because bodies DO vary from day to day, and if you're 'up' one day, that will affect your eating for that day, which isnt' good.

    My dietician said if I have to, to HIDE that damn scale, lol..but only do it once per week. It'll affect your eating less if you do.

    But, if you're like me, that's gonna be tough :)

    I always weigh in the morning, after going to the bathroom, before I eat. And I weigh once or twice a week, usually Mondays to see if I did damage over the weekend and then on Wednesday or Thursday
