Any suggestions

I noticed that in the carb section on my food log it says 202. Do you think that this is too many carbs for me to be taking in every day? How accurate are these online food logs? Because I have been trying to eat less and switching up a few things and I still keep going over on the carbs and protein. Oh and just to let you know I am 2671lbs and 5 feet 8 inches. If anyone has any suggestions for me please feel free to share. Thanks.

    If you don't have medical issues such as diabetes it is likely fine. I don't eat that many as if i do, I don't get enough protein and veggies (and my Dr. scolds me when he looks at my food log). Make sure you are getting adequate protein (around 20 grams 4 times a day) and lots of veggies as they fill you up and have good vitamins.

    I can't really offer any other assistance without seeing your food log. I have found that carbs, fat and protein are generally accurate on this site (sodium on the other hand is way off).
