want to lose about 15 pounds, help!!

hey everyone, I work out a lot like 4-5 times a week. I've been working out for 5 years now and I love it, I've also been eating healthy. problem is i can't seem to lose weight from my problem areas. I do alot of HITT training, weights, kickboxing, and I've even done insanity.

I'm current 5"2 and I weight 127.. I wanna drop to 115 and mainly trim my HIPS and THIGHS..please help!! oh and I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day
