Way too many calories!

Thanks to a very friendly and helpful MFP member, I now understand the whole calorie thing. More is less. My problem is, in the past 4 days, I have been under my calorie intake every day...totaling an extra 4131 calories! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could incorporate into my diet that is healthy yet maybe of a higher calorie content?

If you're looking for just calories (and not other aspects like sugar, fat, sodium etc.) some ideas are:

Nuts, avocados, some fruits, peanut butter, pure fruit juices, some dressings on salad, cereals.

Seriously? I actually think the exact opposite thing.
My calories thing tells me to eat around 2400, which is way too much. The calories thing is broken!

    How is it broken?

MFP calculates your weight loss/gain/maintenance based on the information you provide. Thousands of people using this site are successfully achieving their goals with the recommendations this site has calculated for us.

Not knowing your goals/stats it would be difficult for me to make any suggestions to you in your own situation; however, if you feel the calories calculated for you are too high, redo your goals under your home tab.

I started out with 1750 daily calories and have lost 49 lbs following MFP's recommendations. And I'm female. Men get way more calories than we do. *grumble*
