My husband took me to a pizza buffet for lunch.... I tried to eat salad but just couldnt, I ate almost 2000 calories, I had a fiber bar for breakfast, and a turkey burger with no bread for dinner with some steamed cabbage...I was well over my calories but went to gym and did construction cleaning today and burned off supposedly under my daily calorie limit! what do you guys think??? I have been eating alot more lately for some reason...not happy with myself!

DOH 2k cals for lunch that is CrAzY if you have already counted breakfast, snacks, and dinner lol. Especially since pizza is mostly all high in carbs and bad fat. You could work it off but have fun doing a 2 hr cardio session lol. Stay focused and strong willed to stay on track or you might get frustrated making things too hard on your self like today and then quitting.

2414 for the entire day...I was somewhat exaggerating but truth be told it came out to almost 1600 for the lunch....yes I have to say I went back to my old thought pattern I already messed up might as well make it a big one....I am glad that I feel bad and that I worked most of it off at the gym I did circuit, elliptical, and 4 hours of construction cleaning...so I am pretty sure I worked it off but still feel like crap!!

Ya I hear ya but you got to fix that mind set about messing up. So you messed up already so you might as well make it a "big one" and that type of thinking is just an excuse that will get you no where positive and can set you back . You can take another approach and simply say NO I have done enough damage and keep it minimal. Try not to play head games with your self is all I am saying. Take care, stay positive with your self, eat healthy, and just move on tomorrow is another day.

There are 3500 calories in a pound, so...you're talking maybe half a pound for the pizza?

Don't sweat it and don't do it every day.

Relax. Digest that awesome deliciousness. And try to keep that to once a month or less. LOL

    Have a great night.
