My Breakfast

I want to know if this is a good breakfast

1) I start my day with honey (30 cals) + lime + water(8oz) after brushing
2)10 pieces of almonds (6 cal each piece) =60
3)An Apple (100 Cals)
4) 3/4 cup fibre fortified cereal without milk (110 cals) or 1 med banana (105 cals) cals
5) 1/2 % milk(8oz) (80 Cals) + 2 tsps (32 cals) of sugar + coffee
