    Biggest Loser Sculpt is a good video if you're doing it on your own. There's lots of workouts posted out there on the internet but I like having someone tell me what to do and seeing what it looks like.

    I would recommend getting a trainer to set you up on a program as they have evaluated your areas that need improvement.

    yes set up an appointment with a personal trainer, a lot of gyms offer services or have contact information. you can also check online for trainers in your area. They can personalize routines for you and are great for consulting alternatives if you find some movements difficult or painful.

    Look into P90X- or P90- depending on your level of fitness. There are lots of posts on here about it!:heart:
