Hit a Plateau and need some help!!

Hi,

I started this weight loss journey about 6 weeks ago at 210lbs and so far I've only lost about 5-7lbs (depending on the day) I'm not in a hurry to lose the weight, but I've noticed that I've hit a plateau and the scale won't budge below 205. I'm currently working out 3-4 times a week to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I've started to walk/jog. My calorie intake is set at 1500 calories (if I'm not working out)

Should I increase my exercise and calorie intake per day? I'm soo close to being under 200lb and just frustrated.

Any advice??
