Running over 65

I'm 67, have no joint problems (just a weight problem) and want to be able to run at least a 5K by August. The C25K was a little too hard for me. Any other ideas from you older folks on running, or any other exercise you do that's helping?

    Have you tired running in the water? I do a TROT which is faster than walking and slower than jogging! I started small by doing one block and then walk then trot and I just do that until I get tired!

    You can do it! Start small!
