This past year I was on a roll, doing great with exercising and not over-eating, then I stopped for "just a little bit". For some stupid reason I just thought it would be a good idea to stop over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then January. Then February. Then March. Then most of April. Honestly, the only reason I got started again was because a friend had bet me ten dollars that she could lose more weight than I could by June. It just dawned on me a second ago how far I could have gotten had I just kept with it! I'm so beyond annoyed with myself right now! Hopefully this time I'll stick with it, even if I don't win that $10.
Sorry, I just had to rant for a second.

Don't feel bad for stopping. Feel great for starting over again. I have this quote taped to my fridge. "Tired of starting over? Then stop giving up!" You've got it this time girl!0
