Back to the grind!

Hey all! After about 5 months of being dormant of exercising, my fiance and I are back to the grind of getting our beach bodies back! I'd like to lose about 20 lbs to be at my ideal weight of 185-190, I'm 6'3". And my fiance would like to drop about 15 lbs to be at 120. We started doing some insanity workouts from a friends borrowed disk, the pure cardio disk, and WOW, it killed us! Hah, I ordered insanity on wednesday and it should arrive tomorrow morning, so we will start our program tomorrow! I'm scared! After the pure cardio, I'm scared on what is to come next!
