Peach Quinoa w Flax and Nuts

Here is a great breakfast.
This is 4 servings

1 cup Quinoa
2 cups soy
1.5 cups chopped peaches
1/4 tsp allspice
pinch of kosher salt
2 tbls flax
2 tbls chopped hazelnuts


place the Quinoa, soy, allspice, salt, and peaches in a medium sauce pan. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Cover and simmer on low heat for approximately 20 minutes, until quinoa is tender. Top with Flax and hazelnuts.

    Yes, soy milk. Sorry. I use the vanilla soy. It is really good.
