Spike Diet???

I’m going to try the Spike Diet and need some help figuring out what this is.
My BMR is 1671.39 (I weigh 203.4lbs and I’m 5ft 3 inches)
Harris Benedict Formula
To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
1671.39 x 1.55 = 2590 calories a day?
High Days= BMR Calorie goal- 3 days - strength workout (2590 calories a day?)
Low Days=(BMR-500 calories)- 3 days-non-strength workout (cardio ok) (2090 calories a day?)
Spike Day – BMR x2 (Should I really be eating 4180 calories that day?)
So I was thinking of doing the Spike Diet this way
Monday – High
Tues – Low
Wednesday – High
Thursday – Low
Friday – High
Saturday – Low
Sunday- Spike day
I am currently working out to the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Can I do that on my cardio days? Also, can I do Pilates on my strength days?
Is this right?
Thanks,
Katy

Awww, for a second there I thought there might be a new diet based on blonde hair and a leather trenchcoat. :grumble:0

Hello, no I think your numbers are way off...
If your bmr is 1600-1700 I believe that is what your high days are. Low days are bmr or rmr - 500, so 1200 on low days and spike day is rmr x 2 or 3200. You do cardio on low days and strength training on high days. Good luck, you should lose weight if you stick to that...0
