Hi guys,

For those of you looking for something new and a challenge, I recenlty bought this DVD set and let me tell you, it's a workout and you'll feel it. The sliding discs really help and give you a new challenge. In addition, it comes w/ a half hour dvd that is very good. Just thought I'd like to share :smile:

    Thanks for sharing. I love a new pilates challenge. Saw these in the store a few weeks ago but wasn't sure about it. Do they slide OK on carpet?

    Yes, I have carpet at home and it works great. I originally bought it because I was looking for the discs because my personal trainer used them on me for my inner thigh and it RAELLY worked. I'm pleasanlty surprised on the different ways you can use them, too. Give it a try :smile:
