Fruits! Also dry cereal as a snack (just make sure it's relatively healthy, low sugar, etc.) plain greek yogurt, good stuff! You can add all kinds of stuff to it if you want, fresh fruit, some peanut butter, I am in love with a product called PB2, AWESOME stuff! Make fruit smoothies and hide some veggies in it. I personally love spinach and I even add that to my smoothies too. You can't taste it so it should be ok for you. Oatmeal with fresh fruit on top. Chicken, make some stir fry with the veggies you like and have a side of brown rice with it.
Despite making bad choices for years and gaining weight, I still always loved fruits and vegetables so the transition to the healthier lifestyle wasn't terribly hard. I sometimes still struggle and want some of that old bad for you food. Sometimes I have indulged, mostly I haven't. It's all a matter of keeping your mind on track. How bad do you want it?
Everything in moderation of course. If you have the extra calories and want to treat yourself to something, that's your choice.Just don't make everything a treat, it adds up fast and can get out of control fast.
So much of what you eat will be trial and error. Maybe once a week go to the store and buy something healthy just to start out. Maybe a vegetable you normally wouldn't pick or haven't tried or a piece of fruit. Making easy changes such as buying whole grain breads instead of white bread, brown rice and whole grain pasta instead of white rice and white pasta(s), If you buy canned products look for no salt added or low sodium options (I buy beans in cans, and I always buy the no salt added). My shopping trips changed drastically. I used to 'super-market' sweep. Straight to the soda, chips, cookies, boxed dinners. Sometimes grabbing some fruit and veggies on the way out. Then for a while a trip to the store could easily take 2 hours at times because I spent so much time reading labels and all that fun stuff. It's been worth it though.
Good luck!
*I am no expert or anything, but some of what I listed are changes I have made myself.0
