stir fry sauce ideas

I'm looking for ideas for sauces to have with stir fries, over and above my usual which is oyster sauce. I'd prefer things to make from scratch, rather than bottled stuff, like the teriyaki sauce in the cupboard - there is too much for ONE person and would go off before I used it again.

So, what do you add to your stir fries?

    Well I use sesame oil.
The Kantong stuff I buy has way too much sugar and soy sauce has way to much sodium.
So I add table spoon of sesame oil tea spoon of sou sauce.

Hey, for my stir frys, I use a bit of soy sauce, some oyster sauce, and a drizzle of sesame oil :) For added heat, I throw in some sri racha :)

If you live in the uk try Perfect Shake Thai 7 spice from Schwartz - its in the herb and spices section. Smells like a dream. I add it to the meat and then when I add the veg I add some water which then will steam the veg.
