Fitness Programmes

Hello all!
Just wondering if anyone has tried any fitness programmes? I've just joined the one at my local gym. The programme is called LEAN and it not only gives you 45 min workouts every week, but also helps with nutrition. You get a weigh in in week 1, then week 4, then the final week 8.
The best part about it I've found is that I now have a cardio circuit routine to work to. I do 15 mins bikes, 15 mins crosstrainer, and 15 mins rowing as a basic workout, but work to different mental speeds throughout the workout.
0-2 mins - comfortable pace
2-4 - RP 4
4-5 recovery
5-7 RP 6
7-8:30 recovery
8:30- 11 RP 8
11 - 13 recovery
13 - 15 final sprint
(this is from memory so may be slightly off!) - but I find that having set goals, I have realistic ways of making sure I'm exercising properly and am able to push myself (especially RP 8 onwards!).
I am also hoping to improve this work out and extend it as I get better. At the moment I think my scores are pretty low, but I am going to try and do it 2 times a week with perhaps 15 mins of treadmill tagged on as well!
