My partner really wants a indian takeaway tonight and i i dont want him to miss out on things like that and i dont want to punish myself and say no i am not allowed fatty food ever again.
I have done so well tho in the past week and i really dont want to spoil it, so i thought is there a really good way to burn the calories off so it wouldnt effect me too much or doesnt work like that ( im new).
tips and advice are very much welcome
thanks

just get a healthier option. dont get kormas and that. or if you must, just have small portions and down loads of water to fill you up before hand. then both of you go for a nice long walk after xx0

When I have takeout I always think to myself that it's hard to avoid eating something fatty/full of sodium etc.
I usually just share a meal with my partner now, he gets his takeout and I get to enjoy what I used to but with half as many calories!
You could see it as a bit of a treat as you've done so well this week, one meal will not sabotage your weight loss efforts!
Maybe take a long walk tomorrow morning or do some exercise this morning/afternoon to earn some extra calories for your meal!

Skip the rice. Have a pile of steamed veg with yours. We cook our own and do this to reduce the calories.
Watch the sodium content will probably be high so make sure you drink plenty for the next day or so to flush that out (it'll make your body retain water otherwise)0
