here's a link my trainer sent me....i LOVE it!!!!! i am (was...trying to wean myself) a cardio junky and do exactly what this article says...do a class - jump on the elliptical for a few extra minutes (just in case i didn't get enough) then catch another class later in the day for an even more "just in case" THAT first round wasn't enough......it's NO wonder my thighs are bigger than ever and i suddenly find myself with a jelly roll innertube! sheesh!...anyhow - i thought i would pass the link along! enjoy!!!!!!

Very interesting! I've really been trying to focus more on weights, and pushing myself to train the muscle to exhaustion. Not sure if it's working yet...0
